some random thoughts

You know, when they say forgive and forget, forget doesn't mean forget the person -- it means to forget what the person has done. Forgiveness borne out of a sense of self-righteousness is not forgiveness at all -- it's merely trying to prove to the other party that you are in the right, but in a (self-perceived) sense of graciousness you are letting it go. No, I don't think you've forgiven, not yet. It sure seems a lot more like spite to me.

Likelihood that I've interpreted the situation correctly: low.
Likelihood that this message is relevant: lower.
Likelihood that the relevant people would read the message: lowest.

But oh well, I pray. More of Jesus, less of me. More of others, less of me. Less of me.
